Please note that InstallatørGruppen observes a silent period beginning 30 days prior to the publication of financial reports. During this period, communication with analysts, media and investors is restricted.
To receive information electronically, please register your shares by name and add your email address via the Shareholder Portal.
What can I use the Shareholder Portal for?
As a registered shareholder, you can log on to InstallatørGruppen's shareholder portal LINK TO PORTAL to:
- update your email address and contact details
- view your registered shareholding in InstallatørGruppen
- sign up for general meetings
- submit an advance vote ahead of general meetings

How do I register my shares by name?
To register your InstallatørGruppen shares by name, please contact your custodian bank and request a name registration of your holdings.
I am an international shareholder – what do I do?
International shareholders are often registered collectively in a nominee account held by an international custodian bank. If you wish to exercise your voting rights, we recommend registering your name separately in InstallatørGruppen's shareholder register before a general meeting is convened. Please contact your custodian bank to arrange a separate name registration.
